KCG Drug Alcohol Solutions is seeking an Admin Assistant to support drug testing and breath-alcohol services at our office. The role involves collecting samples, performing breath tests, fingerprinting clients, and handling documentation with strict confidentiality.

The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to pass DOT/BAT training. We offer on-the-job training, full benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass DOT specimen collector and BAT training.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct federally regulated and non-regulated drug and alcohol tests in accordance with federal and company guidelines while ensuring proper chain of custody.
• Administer breath alcohol testing using approved equipment and procedures.
• Fingerprint clients for background checks.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and post-collection paperwork.
• Follow strict confidentiality and professional standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and donors.
• Stay current with DOT and Federal regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
