Qualifications

• Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans, etc.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
• Proven mortgage experience; comfortable managing the loan process end-to-end.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and in-house inquiries about transactions to ensure a smooth process and excellent service.
• Check loan package documents for completeness and submit discrepancies to the loan officer.
• Gather and coordinate loan documentation for verifications and underwriting (loan files, credit reports, etc.).
• Act as primary contact between clients and the company; schedule and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Provide administrative support such as screening calls and booking appointments.
• Finalize loan applications; collect and review borrower documents.
• Structure loans, analyze eligibility, and prepare files for submission.
