Qualifications

• Experience in sales or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at model homes.
• Distribute current price lists to guests.
• Schedule appointments with Online Sales Professional or New Home Consultant.
• Prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets.
• Record guest information on registration forms.
• Demonstrate models and explain features to visitors in designated communities.
• Attend sales training and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support the team with additional projects as needed.
