Job summary

CEDAM invites applications for a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support the MI Mobility Fellows program across Cohorts 2 and 3. The role focuses on logistics, event coordination, and partner relations to deliver a high-quality fellowship experience in Michigan.

The coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager, handle communications, schedule activities, and help track progress and outcomes. This onsite/remote hybrid role ends on 11/30/2027 and includes travel within the state.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fellowship, workforce, or cohort-based programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Michigan and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for MMF Cohorts 2 and 3.
• Maintain program calendars, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate scheduling for programming days, meetings, study trips, and site visits.
• Track fellow attendance, participation, and deliverables.
• Support MMF Alumni programming.
