Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM) seeks a part‑time Program Coordinator to support the Michigan Mobility Fellows (MMF) statewide program. This role manages logistics, coordinates events, supports Fellows and Host Site Partners, and ensures smooth operations across Cohorts 2 and 3, reporting to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and/or supporting fellowship, workforce, or cohort-based programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support for MMF Cohorts 2 and 3.
• Maintain program calendars, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate scheduling for programming days, triad meetings, study trips, and site visits; manage logistics and follow-ups.
• Track fellow attendance, participation and required deliverables.
• Support programming for MMF Alumni.
