Job summary

Powerback is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults in Lincroft and Middletown, NJ. The role offers 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule designed to meet patient needs.

The successful candidate will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with the care team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat in the patient's home or in assisted/independent living facilities.
• Develop and implement speech-language therapy plans and goals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and physicians as needed.
• Document clinical and billing information accurately and timely.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel when applicable.
