Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in home or facility settings for older adults.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans and goals.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and physicians to optimize patient care.
• Adapt plans based on patient progress and safety considerations.
• Document care and ensure timely billing and scheduling adherence.
