Qualifications

• A valid driver7s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the financial institution, including interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and according to site protocols.
• Complete required activity logs and shift documentation.
