Ennoble Care LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Charles County, MD, 2–3 days per week. You will work under physician supervision, managing chronic diseases with a patient-centered approach.

Requirements include board certification in Maryland, 1–2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics preferred). Flexible schedule and strong in-house clinical support are offered.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Charles County, MD
• Perform physical exams, collect histories, and craft care plans
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of home-based patients
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic tests as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications and interventions as appropriate
