Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Charles County on a part-time schedule (2-3 days/week). You will work under a physician and care for diverse chronic-disease patients.

Board-certified with Maryland NP/PA credentials, strong clinical skills, and 1-2 years of primary care experience are required. The role offers autonomy, supportive team, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in Maryland
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred)
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose and treat independently
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Charles County, MD
• Perform physical exams, review histories, and develop care plans
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as needed
• Prescribe medications and interventions as medically appropriate
