Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for driving roles.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
