Allied Universal in Covington, TN is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol to provide dependable, site-specific security, access-control and customer service at a manufacturing location. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour. Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM.

Qualifications

Supervisory experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
This is primarily a driving post.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, entrances, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, observe visitor and contractor activity, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
Observe and report potential hazards, damaged equipment, unsecured doors, and policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
