Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general property issues.
• Inspect infrastructure like roads, lighting, and utilities; seasonal tasks.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for large-scale maintenance.
• Keep records of work, requests, and inspections while ensuring safety.
