Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure financial performance, and maintain resident satisfaction across 110+ assets. This role manages rent collection, lease enforcement, maintenance coordination, and home sales within a value-add portfolio.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience managing a mobile home community or similar property.
• Advanced understanding of Fair Housing laws and state property management regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software; Rent Manager experience is a plus.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

• Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure financial performance and resident satisfaction.
• Manage rent collection, lease enforcement, maintenance coordination, and home sales.
