Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in medical laboratory science with national certification and TN state license as MLS or MLT.

Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares and delivers instruction in classroom and clinical facilities for MLT/MLA/Phlebotomy.
Evaluates and grades student work and provides timely feedback on progress.
Develops curricula and instructional materials such as syllabi and handouts.
Maintains office hours and assists with student recruitment and retention.
Maintains accurate attendance, grades, and FERPA-compliant records.
Participates in faculty meetings, committees, and professional activities.
Keeps current with field developments and participates in professional conferences.
