Job summary

Pathway Resource Center is seeking a D2S Micro Transit Coordinator for a part-time role in Indianapolis. The position focuses on scheduling micro transit rides, coordinating programs and events, and providing essential administrative assistance to the team.

The role also involves community street outreach to promote transportation and wellness services, and it requires reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2+ years of related experience.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and valid driver’s license.
• Two years for Hire Endorsement preferred.
• Part-time schedule 9:00am–2:00pm; some weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, and residents to support access to D2S micro transit and wellness services.
• Coordinate and support registration and scheduling for D2S micro transit rides, programs, events, and services.
• Assist with recruitment efforts for programs and events through community outreach.
• Lead community street outreach efforts and community events to engage residents and promote transportation, wellness, and support services.
• Provide administrative support for the business, including scheduling, record-keeping, and general office tasks.
• Support logistics, participant communications, and resource coordination for program teams.
• Run office and program errands to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.
• Support marketing, public relations, and community awareness efforts.
