Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in the Atlanta area is seeking a Meta Experience Expert to deliver high-touch demos of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest in a premium retail environment at Lennox Square Mall. You will educate consumers, convert demos to new customers, and represent the client with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to travel for events up to 10% of the time. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on client products, including accessories.
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products to engage customers.
• Occasional off-site events and travel up to 10% of the time.
• Process consumer transactions using client POS system.
• Meet or exceed goals in partnership with Retail Manager; create action plans when needed.
• Support day-to-day store operations and maintain interactive displays.
• Show up on time with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
