Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Store management experience preferred in retail, grocery, or drug store environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers courteously and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and transfer from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain storefront displays and promotions.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
