Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the KC-LEE’S SUMMIT store in Missouri. The role drives merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store.

You will lead workload planning, inventory control, and in-stock optimization, coordinating with store leadership and coaching team members to uphold SOPs and loss-prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Lead truck execution, ordering, replenishment, and stock movement to the sales floor.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, planogram execution, and alignment to business needs.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain asset protection practices and compliance with SOPs and company programs.
