Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram execution.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution, and visual standards.
• Oversee stock replenishment, store in-stock, and planogram compliance.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
