Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail stores, independently showcasing organization and time management while building retailer relationships and presenting Hallmark products. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations, with occasional cross-brand opportunities.

This role requires a physically active schedule with weekend availability around holidays and a variable work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within assigned stores; use a handheld device to communicate with supervision and report time.
• Holiday support: work around seasonal demand with extended hours; may include holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodeling, relocate card sections and fixtures with advance notice.
