Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to manage product placement and inventory across retail locations. The role requires you to work independently with strong organization and time management, collaborating with store teams to optimize displays and ensure stock levels.

You will participate in seasonal resets, installations, and cross-store collaboration while maintaining a professional delivery with customers and store staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and information.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays; weekends may be required.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixtures, and card department changes; two weeks notice for remodels.
