Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in Goldsboro, NC. You will independently restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within store departments and develop strong retailer relationships while maintaining inventory levels.

You will also support seasonal resets and installations, with some travel to various local stores as needed, reflecting Hallmark's customer‑facing service standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock and organize inventory in Hallmark department and communicate with supervisor.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations and remodels two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support other territories.
