Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in local retail stores across North Carolina. You will restock and organize Hallmark products, monitor inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations, serving as the face of Hallmark in-store.

This role requires independent work, good time management, and positive interaction with store teams and customers. Training is provided, and flexible scheduling with weekend work is common.

Qualifications

• Time management and organizational skills for store-level merchandising.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with retailers.
• Strong customer service and professional interaction with store staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within the department and store footprint using a provided mobile device.
• Support holiday and seasonal demand with extended hours and in-store installations or resets when required.
• Assist with fixtures, relocations of card sections, and two-week advance remodel notifications.
