Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail locations in Goldsboro, NC. You will restock and monitor Hallmark products, engage with store teams, and ensure product displays reflect Hallmark standards on the floor.

Responsibilities include seasonal resets and installations, with teamwork across territories. Availability for holidays and weekends is required; expected weekly hours are 6–12, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Have access to reliable transportation to travel to stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets, including extended hours during peak periods and weekends, as needed.
• Assist with installations, relocations, and fixture setups; participate in remodels and department resets as scheduled.
• Be part of a network of merchandisers who support other team members across territories.
