Hallmark Cards in Reidsville, NC is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to work independently and build retailer relationships while maintaining product placement and inventory. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and inventory levels, supporting seasonal resets and installations as needed.

This role emphasizes organization and time management, with seasonal shifts and possible weekend work. Training is provided, and benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
• Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: installations and tasks like building fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resets; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories.
