Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores in the Charlotte area. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory, and collaborate with store teams to maintain attractive displays.

You may assist with seasonal resets and installations, supporting the Hallmark face in the stores you service. Position involves day-to-day inventory management, equipment usage on a handheld device, and the ability to travel between stores.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to operate a handheld digital device
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the department using a handheld device
• Support seasonal resets and store installations, including fixture setup and relocation of card sections
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and maintain displays
• Engage professionally with store staff and customers as the Hallmark face in assigned stores
