Job summary

Hallmark in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work independently, showcasing organization and time management while building retailer relationships. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, serving as the in-store face of Hallmark.

This role supports seasonal resets, installations and inventory tasks, with a variable weekly schedule averaging 5–12 hours.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with extended hours and occasional holiday work.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures and relocating card sections, notified two weeks in advance.
