Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage shelf presentation and inventory in partner stores. You will engage daily with store teams, restock Hallmark products, and support seasonal resets and installations across grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.

This role involves variable hours and requires availability around holidays. You will use a handheld device for inventory tasks and communication, and you must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising tasks.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture work, and reorganizing card sections, often two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support other team members in their territories.
