Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory at various retail locations. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize Hallmark displays and support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory tasks.

You will work 12–13 hours weekly with a flexible schedule, and may travel to multiple stores. Training is provided, with opportunities for pay increases as performance is demonstrated.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of operating a digital hand-held device to read documents and information.
• Has access to a Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Has reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within stores using a mobile device, communicating with supervisors and reporting time.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays and may work on holidays themselves.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and resets, often notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories to support the team.
