Job summary

American Greetings is seeking part-time Merchandisers to work independently across retail locations, ensuring display and inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

Routes service stores with a typical 6 hours per week, rising to about 11 hours weekly during holidays. 18+ required; English proficient; able to lift up to 40 lbs; reliable transport and internet; training provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for updates
• Comfort learning and using a company tablet for training and daily tasks
• Occasional weekends and major holiday scheduling

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders in greeting card departments and other locations
• Display products effectively within stores and maintain backroom organization
• Communicate with management about service schedules and questions
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours
• Support store resets, fixture work, and product relocation as needed
• Plan weekly service schedules and workload using company tablet
• Work independently and with a team as required
