Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail locations in Sikeston and surrounding Missouri markets. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and ensure displays meet client standards while working independently.

You will document audits via a mobile app, build relationships with store personnel, and report to the District Manager. No prior merchandising experience is required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels and take photos for reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
