Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Rolla, MO, ensuring displays meet client standards. This role typically involves 5–10 hours weekly and travel to multiple local stores, with flexible scheduling in your area.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. You’ll use a mobile app to report, and virtual training plus ongoing support are provided. No experience required, with 401(k) matching when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
