Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a motivated part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations across Missouri, ensuring shelves are stocked, planograms updated, and displays meet client standards.

This role offers starting pay of $15.00 per hour, travel between sites with mileage reimbursement, flexible local hours averaging about 5–10 per week, and no prior merchandising experience is required thanks to virtual training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
