Job summary

Footprint Solutions in Missouri is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations, stock shelves, update planograms, and ensure client standards are met. This role offers flexible hours in your local market, travel between stores with mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

Training and ongoing support are provided. Reliability, strong communication, independent work, and attention to detail are essential as you report through a mobile app

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
