Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role includes stocking shelves, updating planograms, audits, and reporting via a mobile app.

You will work in stores across multiple locations with flexible hours, travel within the territory, and early wage access. No experience is required, and virtual training with ongoing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
