Job summary

American Greetings is seeking merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of our celebrations products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more. You will manage stores on assigned routes with strong organization and time-management skills to keep shelves stocked and visually appealing.

The position offers daytime hours with weekly averages around 10 hours, rising to about 15 hours during holidays,

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Technological competency - able to use company tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain organized backrooms.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product relocation.
