Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to service a route across Marion, IN and surrounding locations. The role involves merchandising, organizing product orders, and maintaining inventory in greeting card departments and backroom areas.

Flexibility is required to cover peak holiday periods with extended hours. Starting pay is $12.60 per hour, with planned increases after 6 months and after 1 year, plus paid training and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and manage inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product relocation.
• Review weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
