Ideal candidates are 18+, English-proficient, physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, and able to travel between stores. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to speak, read, write English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to cover multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain an organized backroom and assist with inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, and product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work well independently or as part of a team.
