Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service various retail locations on a defined route, including Baxley, GA and surrounding areas. You will display and maintain product inventory across greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items, keeping backrooms organized and collaborating with store staff.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the role emphasizes organization, time management, and the ability to work daytime shifts, with some seasonal increased

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation required for multi-location routes.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and information.
• Comfortable learning and using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise product displays in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and complete inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about service or scheduling questions.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Review weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and with a team.
