American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service stores on the Waynesboro, GA route. You will display and maintain inventory across greeting card departments, and coordinate with store staff to ensure shelves are well-organized.

Ideal candidates need no prior experience; training is provided. The role requires 18+, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, reliable transportation, and access to internet. A company-provided tablet is used for scheduling and updates.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet for training and tasks
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and around major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned routes, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas
• Communicate schedule or service questions to management
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Build relationships with store staff and management during weekday hours
• Provide additional help with store resets and fixture work as needed
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
