Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to drive in-store sales and foster a memorable customer experience with well-merchandised, brand-appropriate displays. You will support leadership in executing weekly directives and maintaining HEART-driven standards while ensuring materials and floorsets reflect the latest brand directions.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and merchandising expertise, with the ability to lift weights and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to support brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in stores and stay self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with organizational and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising experience in women's clothing is required.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and loyalty through exceptional customer experience.
• Execute weekly/monthly merchandising directives with store leadership.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the day/week as a team responsibility.
• Replenish styling floors and manage markdowns with the Inventory Specialist.
