Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser to drive store sales through outstanding customer experience and expert visuals that align with the EVEREVE brand. You will lead merchandising tasks, maintain brand standards, and partner with store leadership to execute directives with HEART values.

In this role, you will work at least 15 hours weekly in-store, ensure floorset integrity, manage replenishments, and collaborate with the Inventory Specialist on markdowns.

Qualifications

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving to benefit brand and customer experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience in women’s clothing.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store, leading merchandising tasks.
• Execute weekly/monthly merchandising directives with leadership and Regional Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales and brand consistency.
• Uphold visual standards daily/weekly as a team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish styling floor; manage floorset integrity.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed.
