Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to cover multiple locations in the Harriman area. The position involves stocking and rotating products, following planograms, and collaborating with store staff to optimize displays.

The role requires dependable, physical work, with an $18.14/hour pay rate and evening/weekend shifts. Training will be provided, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages pallets and damaged/outdated stock.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, programs and new opportunities.
