Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers should have excellent interpersonal skills to meet varied customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display areas and maintains shelves.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper vendor operation.
• Organizes back room, stacks and arranges product by package and flavor.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive communication.
