Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability, visibility, and promotions across retail stores in our Northeast territory. You will stock shelves, build displays, manage backstock, and execute promotional plans while maintaining strong store relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in retail/warehouse, and the ability to lift 40–55 pounds.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
1+ years experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
Must be able to lift 40–55 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
Implement promotional activities and create displays to attract customer attention and drive sales.
Develop strong relationships with store managers and staff to maximize merchandising opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
