Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to cover La Follette, Oneida, Clinton Hwy, Rocky Top, TN and Corbin, KY regions. You will present products, stock displays, and ensure correct planograms at customer locations.

This role requires reliable, performing duties with lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong communication with store staff. Mileage is reimbursed and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display; rotates products and checks vendors.
• Maintains back room by stacking and organizing products and returning damaged or out-of-date stock.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and promotions.
