Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Sales Associate in Lexington, KY. You will drive a personal vehicle to stores to stock and merchandise Frito-Lay products, with a focus on fast, safe handling and pride in presentation.

This role includes an early-morning schedule (4-5AM ET start), gas mileage reimbursement, and teamwork with experienced Route Sales Representatives. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock and display Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more in local stores—fast, safely, and with pride.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
