Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Sales Merchandiser in Huntsville, TN. You will stock Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and other snacks in local stores and drive your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Schedule includes Sun/Wed from 5:00am to 10:00am, working with a team of Route Sales Representatives to ensure optimal shelf presence.

You will use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity, with on-the-job training and an energetic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older

Stock and display Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more in local stores - fast, safely, and with pride.

What You'll Do

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

• On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training
• High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
