Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route merchandise associate based in Mansfield, OH. You will drive your own vehicle to various store locations, merchandise Lay's and Doritos products, and maintain neat shelves to support customers throughout the day.

The role offers on-the-go work with training provided, a high-energy environment, and benefits as a full-time team member, including opportunities for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Location: 31 Sawyer Pkwy, Mansfield, OH, 44903-6514

Quick Look Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: 5 working days and 2 rotating off days weekly, Average daily start time of 4 am - When work is complete
